Typically Leofric Lions received requests that are from £50 to £500 though larger amounts may be possible in exceptional circumstance

For larger requests, we like to work with organisations to maximise the effectiveness of the use of the money

Our funds are focussed on:

​

• Local charities or good causes that are based in Coventry / North Warwickshire

• Local branches of national charities where the local branch is self-funded

• Organisations who do not have significant reserve funds

• Organisations or groups who are involved with disadvantaged people

 

We make occasional donations to individuals in extreme hardship
 

We look favourably on applications that can demonstrate significant effort being put in to secure funding from multiple places
 

We also encourage applicants to make use of Leofric Lions events - especially participating in Move4Fun and having a fundraising stall at the Motoring Festival- to help raise funds and/or awareness
